Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Cinema Service Associates to join our theatre operations team. The role involves assisting guests, ensuring smooth show operations, and delivering an excellent cinema experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests inside the cinema premises.
- Support operations at box office, food & beverage counters, and entry gates.
- Provide information about movie schedules, tickets, and theatre facilities.
- Ensure smooth entry and exit of guests during movie shows.
- Handle customer queries and complaints in a polite and professional manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in guest areas.
- Follow theatre safety guidelines and company policies.
Requirements:
- Qualification 12th Pass / Any Degree
- Experience 0 - 2 years (Freshers can apply)
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and team player
- Willing to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays
