Job Summary:
Plays a pivotal role in guiding young participants with visual impairments through their summer employment, helping them develop professional skills, and ensuring a rewarding and educational work experience. This is a temporary summer position.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Provides individualized support and coaching to program participants
- Monitors and evaluates participants' daily work progress, offering constructive feedback and guidance
- Collaborates with employers to ensure a positive experience for both participants and businesses
- Address any issues or challenges that arise during the program and provide solutions
- Maintain accurate records of participants' progress and program activities
Encourage and support participants in developing professional networks and connection
