The Role We are looking for a dynamic and driven SME Growth & Partnerships Manager National) to support our SME direct business. This role is a crucial part of our sales and business development function helping drive lead generation develop partnerships and support the onboarding of new SME clients. In addition you will work closely with our Business Development Consultants and Retentions Manager to ensure a seamless customer experience and maintain strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Business Growth Support the SME Direct Sales Team in identifying and generating leads through strategic partnerships networking and digital platforms. Utilise online tools and market insights to proactively source potential clients and engage with decisionmakers. Work with key stakeholders to explore new lead sources and partnership opportunities to drive business growth. Client Onboarding & Sales Support Play a handson role in ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding process for SME clients working alongside our Business Development Consultants. Act as a key point of contact during the initial setup phase ensuring clients receive the right guidance and support. Provide operational and administrative support to maintain seamless handover from sales to account management. Crossfunctional Collaboration Work closely with the Retentions Manager to support client retention efforts especially during peak renewal periods. Assist in managing client communications coordinating renewals and maintaining engagement with existing SME clients. Collaborate with the individual business team to provide additional sales and operational support where needed. What Were Looking For UAE National with a keen interest in health insurance sales or business development. 13 years of experience in business development sales support or client management ideally within insurance financial services or healthcare. Strong relationshipbuilding skills with the ability to engage with partners prospects and internal teams. Comfortable using online tools CRM platforms and digital channels to drive lead generation. Proactive highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities effectively. Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
