Intern – CAM + Business Analytics

Review and extract CAM clauses from lease agreements, ensuring accurate updates and validation of occupancy information in CAM files. Analyze CAM expense pools in the Yardi CAM module, identify variances, and provide a comprehensive report. Organize and document processes related to CAM Pool setup in the system for P&P. Maintain and summarize meeting logs for reference and follow-ups. Run the tenant charge register reports and enter the data into the files. Perform data cleanup and tracking to ensure accuracy and consistency. Perform audit of Property Level Contacts and Attributes. Assist Coordinator with collection of property level equipment and preventative maintenance log data for launch of new platform. Collaborate with other departments and third-party consulting firms to streamline communication and follow-ups. Assist with various ad-hoc projects and tasks as required.
