Job Title : CIM Campaign Developer
Experience: 5+ Years
Location: Mumbai, Trivandrum
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days
We are looking for a skilled CIM Campaign Developer / Campaign Specialist to design, develop, and execute high-impact multi-channel campaigns across Email, SMS, and App platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in campaign automation, audience segmentation, and performance optimization using modern marketing tools and SQL.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and launch campaigns as per business requirements
- Build and manage campaign workflows across Email, SMS, and App Notifications
- Perform audience segmentation and implement personalization strategies
- Develop and manage campaign templates (HTML-based)
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize workflows
- Conduct A/B testing to improve engagement and delivery
- Collaborate with creative, data, and cross-functional teams
- Work with APIs and ensure smooth integration across platforms
- Track and manage tasks using tools like Jira
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in Campaign Management & Workflow Development
- Hands-on experience in Email, SMS, and App Campaigns
- Proficiency in SQL, RDBMS, and Data Modeling
- Experience with Marketing Automation / CRM tools
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Experience with Audience Segmentation & Personalization
- Understanding of Campaign Lifecycle Management
- Familiarity with API integration
- Experience with Jira & Confluence
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
