R&D Software Engineer

The R&D Software Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing and delivering innovative software solutions to support our client's business needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and address complex technical challenges, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable and efficient software products. Key responsibilities include: - Designing and developing robust, scalable and efficient software solutions - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver optimal solutions - Continuously researching and implementing new technologies to enhance product capabilities - Writing clean, maintainable and well-documented code - Participating in code reviews, troubleshooting and bug fixing - Providing technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members - Adhering to best practices, coding standards and software engineering principles
