IT Talent Acquisition Specialist

As an IT Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, identifying, and recruiting top talent for Ciklum's growing IT workforce. You will work closely with the HR and Talent Acquisition teams to develop and implement strategies to attract and engage qualified candidates. Key responsibilities include:- Proactively sourcing and recruiting candidates for a wide range of IT roles, including software engineers, project managers, DevOps specialists, and more- Leveraging various recruiting channels and tools to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates- Conducting initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective job postings- Providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process- Tracking and reporting on key recruitment metrics and KPIs- Staying up-to-date with the latest recruiting trends, best practices, and technologies
