Sales Target Achievement:
Drive sales for B2B exhibition space and sponsorship packages, meeting or exceeding assigned revenue targets.
Revenue Targets:
Percentage of exhibition space and sponsorship sales achieved against the target.
Lead Generation & Outreach:
Identify potential exhibitors, generate leads, and engage through calls, emails, and meetings to convert leads into confirmed bookings. Creating Marketing Collaterals.
Lead Conversion Rate:
Number of leads converted to confirmed exhibitors within a specified time frame.
Client Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring excellent customer service and long-term partnerships.
Client Retention Rate:
Percentage of returning exhibitors and satisfaction levels based on feedback
Market Research & Strategy:
Research industry trends and competitors to refine sales strategies and identify new market opportunities.
Pipeline Management:
Effectiveness in managing the sales pipeline and meeting deadlines for follow-ups and closures.
Sales Reporting & Coordination:
Prepare regular sales reports, track progress, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and execution.
Reporting Accuracy:
Timely and accurate submission of sales reports and updates.
