About the role

The MAP Compliance Administrator is responsible for monitoring online retailers and marketplace channels to ensure advertised prices are compliant with current MAP policies.

This position plays a critical role in protecting minimum advertising pricing by proactively identifying violators and sending notices to non-compliant retailers. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working within fast-paced, multi-channel e-commerce environments.

This position is open to remote work and is part time, 20 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor, track, and enforce MAP policy pricing across e-commerce channels including but not limited to Amazon, Chewy, Walmart, Petco, and Petsmart.
Thoroughly investigate each violation and compliance issue
Send violation notices and maintain detailed documentation of communications
Maintain tracker file of violations identified and notices sent.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

1+ years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace MAP enforcement practices and procedures
Must be online savvy and proficient using multiple web browsers and Microsoft Office suite
Demonstrate analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
Excellent email business communication
Detail oriented mindset and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities and deadlines
Strong written communication skills
