- Project management or process engineering experience with a focus on AI integration preferred
- Bachelor’s degree required. JD, MBA, or advanced degree in operations, accounting, finance, data analytics, or economics is helpful.
- Demonstrated experience leveraging legal/insurance knowledge to inform technology and data initiatives.
- Proficiency with technology and data tools (e.g., Excel, dashboards, eBilling systems; T360 knowledge a plus).
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and their application to business process automation
- Ability to participate as a subject matter expert in technology and data development cycles, translating business needs into technical requirements.
- Strong understanding of legal processes, procedures, and industry standards.
- Experience in performance management, defining service level and performance expectations, and data analysis within the legal industry, preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Collaborative, with strong communication skills and the ability to work across functional teams and with external partners.
- Limited travel.
The pay range for the role is $150,000 to $186,900. The specific offer will depend on an applicant’s skills and other factors.
