About the Role
Non-Negotiables (Read Before Applying)
- Industry: ONLY BFSI / Financial Services / Fintech
- Education: Full-time MBA in HR from Tier 1 / strong Tier 2 institutions only
- Experience Band: 15–22 years strictly (no deviations)
- Language: Tamil is mandatory
- Location: Chennai-based OR serious relocation only
- Stability: Strong career tenure (no frequent job changes).
