</div><div>Seeking a <strong>Customer Retention Specialist</strong> to support ongoing customer relationships and contribute to office growth. This position focuses on outreach, policy renewals, relationship maintenance and in book sales. <br><br>
</div><div><strong>Responsibilities</strong></div><ul>
<li>Communicate with existing customers regarding renewals and coverage options.</li>
<li>Review accounts and assist with updates or changes as needed.</li>
<li>Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records and documentation of interactions.</li>
<li>Collaborate with team members to meet retention and outreach objectives.</li>
<li>Appointment setting- Monthly commissions- In bound sales</li>
