We are looking for energetic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Customer Service Executives in our Jammu branch. Responsibilities: - Handling customer queries and requests related to loan applications, disbursements, repayments, and other financial services - Assisting customers with account-related information and resolving their concerns - Maintaining customer records and updating relevant databases - Coordinating with various internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues - Adhering to company policies and procedures to provide an exceptional customer experience Requirements: - Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or a similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Proficiency in using computer applications and MS Office suite - Good problem-solving and analytical skills - Familiarity with the financial services industry is preferred
