Customer Service Executive

Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company Limited is a leading Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) in India, offering vehicle finance, home loans, loan against property, and other financial products and services. We are looking for energetic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Customer Service Executives in our Jammu branch. Responsibilities: - Handling customer queries and requests related to loan applications, disbursements, repayments, and other financial services - Assisting customers with account-related information and resolving their concerns - Maintaining customer records and updating relevant databases - Coordinating with various internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues - Adhering to company policies and procedures to provide an exceptional customer experience Requirements: - Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or a similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Proficiency in using computer applications and MS Office suite - Good problem-solving and analytical skills - Familiarity with the financial services industry is preferred
