What You’ll Do
- Build and grow referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, case managers, and community partners
- Position Choice Health at Home as the provider of choice through strategic outreach and education
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive patient admissions and market growth
- Collaborate with clinical and operational leaders to align services with community needs
- Serve as a trusted advisor on program development, including staffing and financial considerations
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal marketing regulations
- Support and partner with interdisciplinary teams to promote safe, high-quality patient care
- Lead and participate in community engagement and public relations efforts
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly admission and growth targets
What You Bring
- 2+ years of experience in home health or hospice sales (preferred)
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Experience with CRM systems (preferred)
- Knowledge of HomeCare HomeBase (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- Self-starter mindset with a results-driven approach
