EDUCATION REQUIRED:
- Pastry & Bakery schools
- Chocolate & Confectionery institutes
- Hotel Management programs with pastry specialization
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Chocolate tempering
- Basic bonbon making knowledge
- Understanding of chocolate handling
