Ruby Developer

We are seeking a Senior Ruby Developer to join our team at MNC Client in Hyderabad. This is a full-time, hybrid position, ideally suited for candidates with a minimum of 7 years of work experience. Your role will be pivotal in advancing our projects by leveraging your expertise in Ruby and associated technologies. Qualifications and Skills Proficiency in Ruby with a solid track record of developing robust, maintainable Ruby applications. Extensive experience with Sidekiq for handling background processes efficiently. Strong command over Git for version control and collaborative development environments. Experience with Java is essential, enabling integration and interoperability in diverse project environments. Knowledge of Elasticsearch to design and implement scalable search solutions using its querying capabilities. Proficient in JavaScript, capable of working on both client-side and server-side application development. Demonstrated problem-solving skills with an ability to think critically and bring innovative solutions to complex technical challenges. Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts effectively to team members and stakeholders. Roles and Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Ruby applications to meet organizational objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new project features. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications by writing clean, scalable code. Conduct rigorous testing and debugging of applications to enhance their operability and functionality. Lead code reviews, and contribute to continuous integration and continuous deployment processes. Mentor junior developers, guiding their code development and modeling best practices. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure the company's competitive edge. Participate actively in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to drive technical innovations.
