- Hands-on expertise in Chinese and Pan-Asian cuisine (wok cooking, starters, gravies, dim sums, and custom sauces).
- Ability to handle kitchen prep, consistency, and quick turnaround during peak service hours.
- Strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and kitchen quality standards.
- Prior experience in a high-volume restaurant or hotel kitchen.
