Role Description

  • Prepare and cook a wide range of Chinese dishes
  • Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning
  • Plan and update Chinese menu offerings in coordination with the Executive Chef
  • Maintain hygiene and food safety standards as per hotel policies
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the purchase team for ingredients
  • Ensure proper storage and handling of all food items
  • Supervise kitchen staff and guide commis chefs
  • Control food cost and minimize wastage
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
  • Ensure timely preparation and service during operations
