About the role

We're hiring an Early Talent Program Intern to support our Early Talent team during the summer. This is a part-time role (20 hours per week) from May 13, 2025 to August 13, 2025. As an Early Talent Program Intern, you will work closely with the Early Talent team to help with various projects and initiatives aimed at engaging and developing our early talent. This may include tasks such as supporting campus recruitment efforts, coordinating new hire onboarding, planning professional development events, and more. We're looking for someone who is passionate about early talent development, has strong organizational and communication skills, and is excited to be part of a growing team and company.
