Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Children's Book Designer based at our Velachery location. The Children's Book Designer will conceptualize, design, and illustrate engaging layouts and artwork for children's educational books and materials. You will collaborate with the editorial and content teams to develop visually appealing designs suited for young learners, ensuring that the visuals complement and enhance the content. Your responsibilities will also include preparing print-ready files, creating digital assets, and staying updated on design trends in children's publishing.

Qualifications

• Experience in Graphic Design, Illustration, and Book Layout Design
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Knowledge of Typography and Visual Storytelling
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with content and editorial teams
• Familiarity with children’s content, educational publishing, and user engagement
• Attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for creating content for young audiences
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Illustration, Fine Arts, or a related field
• Experience in creating digital assets for educational use is a plus
