<strong>Key Responsibilities:<br>1. Infant Care & Supervision<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li> Ensure constant supervision and safety of all infants </li>
<li> Feed infants (bottles, solids as appropriate) following schedules and parent instructions </li>
<li> Change diapers and maintain proper hygiene </li>
<li> Follow safe sleep practices </li>
</ul><div>
<strong>2. Support Development & Learning<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li> Assist with age-appropriate activities (tummy time, sensory play, music, reading) </li>
<li> Encourage motor skills, language development, and social interaction </li>
<li> Comfort and soothe infants as needed </li>
</ul><div>
<strong>3. Classroom Support<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li> Help prepare and clean activity areas </li>
<li> Sanitize toys, bottles, and surfaces regularly </li>
<li> Organize supplies and maintain a clean, safe environment </li>
</ul><div>
<strong>4. Communication<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li> Share daily updates with parents (feeding, naps, diaper changes, mood) </li>
<li> Work closely with the lead teacher to follow lesson plans and routines </li>
</ul><div>
<strong>5. Health & Safety<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li> Follow all licensing and safety regulations </li>
<li> Monitor infants for signs of illness or distress </li>
<li> Respond appropriately to emergencies </li>
</ul>
