<li> Support lead teachers with classroom routines and activities </li>
<li> Help children with meals, transitions, play, rest time, and daily care </li>
<li> Maintain active supervision and safety awareness </li>
<li> Encourage positive behavior with calm, respectful guidance </li>
<li> Help keep classrooms clean, organized, and ready for learning </li>
<li> Communicate respectfully with children, families, and coworkers </li>
<li> Step in where needed to support the school day </li>

<li> Must meet Virginia childcare employment requirements </li>
<li> Must pass required background checks </li>
<li> Prior childcare experience is a plus, but reliability, attitude, and willingness to learn are very important </li>
<li> CPR/First Aid preferred, or willingness to obtain</li>
