Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Noida for a Licensed Child Psychologist. The Child Psychologist will assess, diagnose, and develop personalized intervention plans for children facing a range of developmental and mental health challenges. Responsibilities include conducting psychological assessments, administering therapy sessions, collaborating with families and multi-disciplinary teams to create holistic care solutions, and monitoring the progress of each child. The psychologist will also provide guidance to assist children in overcoming emotional, social, and behavioral difficulties.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Psychology, including expertise in child development and mental health
- Proficiency in administering Psychological Testing and assessments
- Experience in delivering therapy for mental health issues and Family Therapy
- Additional knowledge in Medicine relevant to child development would be an advantage
- Licensed as a Psychologist (required)
- Excellent communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or a related field
- Prior experience or specialization in working with children and developmental challenges is a plus
