Safal Health is a growing digital healthcare platform partnering with physicians, and providing support and care to patients and their families. One of our services is for children from 0-6 years age range where we work alongside pediatricians to ensure health and wellness of children.
Role Summary
We are seeking Psychologists and Early Childhood Educators who have worked with children of this age range (from infants to toddlers and beyond) to provide mental health support, counseling, and cognitive skill development remotely.
As a Psychologist, you will provide virtual video sessions to children to ensure their overall mental wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct 1:1 online consultations with children and parents via video.
- Coach parents on physical and mental well being of children.
- Engage with children through various interactive exercises/ activities during these sessions
- Assess if the child is progressing properly through periodic assessments
- Maintain accurate consultation notes and documentation.
Requirements
- MUST HAVE WORKED WITH CHILDREN (0-6 YEARS) EITHER AS A PSYCHOLOGIST OR AS AN EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATOR
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or a related field.
- Relevant registration, license, or recognized professional qualification as applicable.
- Strong counseling, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in providing therapy, counseling, or mental health support.
- Ability to provide consultations in Bengali, English, and Hindi.
- Access to a reliable internet connection and smart phone/ laptop.
- Prior tele consultation experience is preferred but not mandatory.
