At Cherry Hill Interiors Pvt. Ltd., we specialize in delivering high-quality Corporate Interior Fit-Out projects across India. We are looking for a dynamic professional to join our Costing & Tendering team.
Role & responsibility
✔ Prepare detailed cost estimates for Corporate Interior Fit-Out projects.
✔ Study tender documents, drawings, BOQs, and project specifications.
✔ Prepare quantity take-offs and detailed BOQs.
✔ Obtain and evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotations.
✔ Conduct rate analysis and cost comparisons.
✔ Prepare techno-commercial proposals and tender submissions.
✔ Coordinate with the Design, Procurement, and Project teams during the bidding process.
✔ Identify value engineering opportunities while maintaining project quality and client requirements.
✔ Maintain estimation records, cost databases, and tender documentation.
