Role Overview:
We are seeking a forward-thinking technology leader to drive innovation and digital strategy across the built environment. The CTO will lead the adoption of advanced technologies across design, construction, and asset lifecycle management—enabling smarter, data-driven decision-making and scalable digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define and execute the organization’s technology vision and digital roadmap
• Lead transformation initiatives across BIM, Digital Engineering, and Digital Twin ecosystems
• Drive adoption of cloud platforms, data architectures, and AI-led solutions
• Ensure alignment with global AECO digital standards and promote sustainable, data-driven practices across projects
• Build scalable, interoperable systems across buildings, infrastructure, and smart assets
• Collaborate with business and delivery teams to align technology with client outcomes
• Engage with global clients and stakeholders to position innovative digital capabilities
• Build and mentor high-performing technology teams
What We’re Looking For:
• 15+ years of leadership experience in AECO technology or digital transformation
• Strong expertise in BIM strategy, Digital Twins, and smart infrastructure solutions
• Deep understanding of cloud ecosystems, data platforms, and AI/ML applications
• Experience working with enterprise/global clients across real estate and infrastructure
• Strategic mindset with strong leadership, communication, and change management skills
