About the Role
We are seeking a Founding Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the technology vision and execution of Bluecoderhub. This is an equity-only founding position, ideal for someone who wants to build a world-class AI company and become a long-term partner in its success.
As CTO, you will define the technical architecture, lead AI and engineering initiatives, build the core technology team, and drive the development of our AI-powered engineering platform.
What You'll Be Working On
- Build and scale AI-powered engineering products.
- Design, train, fine-tune, and deploy Large Language Models (LLMs) using domain-specific datasets.
- Develop intelligent AI agents for engineering and CAD workflows.
- Build scalable cloud-native platforms and AI infrastructure.
- Lead the architecture of secure, reliable, and high-performance software systems.
- Develop CAD automation solutions and integrations with industry-standard CAD platforms.
- Establish engineering standards, DevOps practices, and development workflows.
- Recruit, mentor, and lead future engineering teams.
- Collaborate closely with founders on product strategy, technology roadmap, and company vision.
- What We're Looking For
- Required Experience
- Proven experience building AI products from concept to deployment.
- Hands-on experience developing, fine-tuning, or training Large Language Models (LLMs) using custom datasets.
- Strong understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, embeddings, vector databases, and modern AI architectures.
- Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, or similar AI frameworks.
- Strong software engineering background with modern cloud platforms and scalable backend systems.
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, containerization, and cloud infrastructure.
- Strong system architecture and technical leadership skills.
- Preferred Experience
- Experience in CAD automation or Engineering Design Automation.
- Knowledge of CAD APIs (such as SolidWorks, Siemens NX, CATIA, Autodesk Fusion 360, Onshape, or similar platforms).
- Understanding of manufacturing, mechanical engineering workflows, or Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).
- Experience building engineering copilots or AI applications for industrial domains.
- Previous startup or founding team experience is highly valued.

Compensation
This is an Equity-Based Founding CTO position.
At this stage, there is no fixed salary. The selected candidate will receive a meaningful equity stake based on experience, commitment, and contribution, with the opportunity to become a core founding member as the company grows and secures funding.
