Role OverviewHarvee Technologies is seeking a visionary and execution-oriented CTO to lead our technology strategy, engineering organization, product architecture, and innovation initiatives. The CTO will be responsible for building a high-performing engineering culture, establishing scalable processes, driving architectural excellence, and aligning technology execution with business objectives and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the company’s technology vision, roadmap, and engineering strategy.
- Lead and mentor engineering managers, architects, and software development teams.
- Establish best practices for software architecture, coding standards, quality assurance, security, and DevOps.
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise and SaaS platforms.
- Build and strengthen engineering teams through hiring, coaching, performance management, and succession planning.
- Implement engineering processes, governance frameworks, metrics, and delivery standards.
- Drive Agile development methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership teams to align technology with business goals.
- Participate in customer discovery, solutioning, and strategic discussions with enterprise clients.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, AI opportunities, and innovation initiatives to enhance products and operational efficiency.
- Ensure reliability, scalability, security, and compliance across all technology platforms.
- Manage technology budgets, resource planning, and vendor relationships.
Required Skills & Experience
- 12+ years of software engineering experience with at least 5 years in senior technology leadership roles.
- Strong expertise in enterprise software architecture, SaaS platforms, cloud technologies, and scalable system design.
- Proven experience leading and growing engineering teams and technology organizations.
- Strong understanding of Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, software quality, security, and engineering governance.
- Experience in product development, platform engineering, integrations, APIs, and modern technology stacks.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, and execution capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ERP platforms.
- Experience in Healthcare Technology, AI/ML solutions, or enterprise digital transformation projects.
- Exposure to startup or high-growth technology environments.
- Experience building technology teams and leadership structures from the ground up.
