Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Role Summary
Wepsol is seeking a strategic and hands-on Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the company’s technology vision, digital transformation, and innovation initiatives. The CTO will align technology capabilities with business strategy to improve operational efficiency, enable data-driven decisions, and build scalable digital platforms that support growth.
Key Responsibilities
Technology Strategy
- Define and execute the technology roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Identify and deploy technologies that drive efficiency, automation, and innovation.
- Act as a technology advisor to the CEO and leadership team.
Digital Transformation
- Lead enterprise digitization initiatives across operations, HR, finance, and customer processes.
- Implement data, analytics, and automation platforms to improve decision-making.
- Drive adoption of cloud technologies and digital infrastructure.
IT Infrastructure & Systems
- Oversee enterprise IT architecture, cybersecurity, and systems reliability.
- Design the Hardware and Software architecture for the company
- Ensure secure, scalable, and high-availability systems.
- Lead implementation and optimization of CRM, Oracle, Cloud, Cyber-security and enterprise applications.
- ERP implementation is a must have
Data & Innovation
- Establish a data-driven organization through analytics and business intelligence.
- Identify opportunities for AI, automation, and emerging technologies.
Team & Vendor Leadership
- Build and lead a high-performing technology team.
- Manage technology partners, vendors, and budgets.
- Ensure optimal ROI on technology investments.
Key Success Metrics (First 12–24 Months)
- Successful execution of digital transformation roadmap
- Improved operational efficiency through technology
- Reliable, secure IT infrastructure and systems uptime
- Implementation of enterprise analytics and data platforms
- High adoption of digitized business processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology from tier 1 Engineering college
- MBA or equivalent leadership qualification preferred
Experience
- 10+ years of technology leadership experience
- Proven track record in digital transformation and enterprise technology strategy
- Experience implementing ERP, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications
- Strong experience building and leading technology teams
