Role Description
The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Gurugram. The CTO will oversee the company’s overall technological strategies, lead software development initiatives, manage technology teams, and ensure innovation remains at the forefront of all solutions. This role involves strategic IT planning, architecting cutting-edge systems, managing product development pipelines, and aligning technology goals with business objectives. The CTO will also serve as a key technical advisor for other departments and partners.
Must-Have — Non-Negotiable
• Production LLM experience: you have shipped at least one AI/LLM-powered product that real users use. Not a side project — a production system with real traffic, real failures, and real lessons.
• Strong Python + backend engineering: FastAPI or Django, async architecture, PostgreSQL, Redis. You write clean, testable code and know when not to over-engineer.
• AI agent or workflow automation experience: LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, CrewAI, or equivalent. You understand agent memory, tool use, and multi-step reasoning — not just chat completions.
• API integration depth: WhatsApp Business API, REST, webhooks, OAuth. You have built production integrations that don't break on edge cases.
• Founder-level ownership mindset

• Vernacular NLP / Indic language models: experience with Sarvam AI, Krutrim, AI4Bharat IndicBERT, or fine-tuning multilingual models for Hindi/Indic languages
• Regulatory data systems: you have worked with government APIs, scrapers for regulatory portals, or compliance document automation
• WhatsApp chatbot / conversational AI in production: you have shipped a WhatsApp bot that handles thousands of messages per day — you know the quirks of the WABA API
