Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO). The CTO will lead the company's technology strategy, oversee software development and systems architecture, and ensure the seamless integration of advanced technologies in operations. Key responsibilities include managing technical teams, driving product development, aligning IT strategies with business goals, and ensuring the timely execution of complex projects in a dynamic and innovative environment.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Software Development and systems integration
- Strong leadership skills in Project Management for large-scale and complex initiatives
- Proficiency in formulating and implementing IT Strategy
- In-depth experience with Architecture and emerging technologies
- Proven ability in Product Development and lifecycle management
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills
- Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience in material science, semiconductors, or advanced manufacturing is a plus
