Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO). As the CTO, you will oversee the company’s technology strategy, lead the development and implementation of software solutions, and manage end-to-end IT operations. Your responsibilities will include high-level decision-making on technology architecture, overseeing product development, and managing technical teams. You will align technical initiatives with business goals to drive innovation and ensure robust, scalable, and secure technology solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience in Software Development and Product Development to create innovative, client-centric insurance solutions.
- Strong capabilities in Project Management and IT Strategy to lead cross-functional teams in delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Expertise in designing and implementing scalable systems and Architecture to ensure long-term technical effectiveness and security.
- Proven experience in leading technology-driven initiatives in a corporate environment, especially in fintech or insurance technology, is highly desirable.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to align technological advancements with business objectives.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
