Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for a remote position to lead our technological advancements and strategic IT initiatives. The CTO will oversee software development, define IT architecture, and align technology with business strategy. Responsibilities include driving innovation, managing product development, implementing scalable solutions, leading cross-functional technical teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-impact projects.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Software Development and Product Development processes, with a background in developing and deploying scalable solutions
- Proficiency in IT Strategy and designing technology roadmaps that align with business objectives
- Strong knowledge of Architecture principles, system design, and platform optimization
- Proven ability in Project Management, including leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects successfully
- Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Effective communication abilities to collaborate with stakeholders and convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Experience in the AI or tech-driven industries is a plus
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
