Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO). The CTO will lead the technological strategy and vision of PInterview, oversee software development and architecture, manage technical teams to execute projects efficiently, and innovate new product development initiatives. Responsibilities include defining the IT strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals, staying ahead of emerging technologies, and ensuring the security and scalability of the platform.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Software Development and strong knowledge of product development life cycles
- Proven experience in Project Management and leading technical teams
- Proficiency in IT Strategy development and implementation
- Strong understanding of system Architecture and the ability to implement scalable and secure platforms
- Leadership skills with a track record of driving technological innovation and meeting business objectives
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make key technical decisions
- Experience in the EdTech or career consultation industry is a plus
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
