Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) based in Chaachiot, with some flexibility for remote work. The CTO will lead the company's technology strategy and implementation while managing and building the tech team. Responsibilities include evaluating and adopting emerging technologies, developing innovative solutions for horticulture services, managing software and digital platform development, and ensuring the security and scalability of technology infrastructures. Collaborating with various teams to integrate technology with operations and drive efficiency will be a critical part of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in IT strategy, technical planning, and infrastructure design
- Proven ability in software development, product lifecycle management, and implementation
- Experience in data analysis, cloud computing, and cybersecurity initiatives
- Leadership experience, including team building and cross-functional collaboration
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and project management skills
- Ability to innovate and seek modern technological solutions that align with business goals
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent work experience
- Prior experience in agriculture technology or related industries is a strong advantage
