Role Description The CTO (Co-founder) at OneMinute is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. The CTO will oversee the end-to-end technology vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and product strategy. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading software development teams, guiding architectural decisions, and supervising the design, build, and deployment of products and platforms. The CTO will collaborate with product, operations, and leadership teams to prioritize initiatives, manage technical risks, and ensure quality, security, and scalability. This role also involves establishing engineering best practices, mentoring technology staff, managing projects and resources, and continuously evaluating new technologies and tools to drive innovation and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Software Development and Product Development skills, with experience building and scaling digital products.
- Candidates should possess IT Strategy and Architecture skills to define technical roadmaps and design robust, scalable systems.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills to plan, prioritize, and deliver technology initiatives on time and within scope.
- Proven experience in a senior technology leadership role, ideally as a CTO or Head of Engineering, in a product-focused or high-growth environment.
- Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure, modern development frameworks, APIs, data security, and system integration.
- Ability to lead and mentor diverse technical teams, foster collaboration, and build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities, with clear and effective communication skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
