Role Description
This is an on-site internship role located in Pune City for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO). The CTO intern will oversee the technical strategy, lead software development teams, and ensure the implementation of robust IT architectures. Core responsibilities include managing product development, aligning IT strategies with business goals, and driving innovation to achieve organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Software Development and Product Development
- Proficiency in IT Strategy and designing scalable Architecture
- Experience in Project Management and leading technical teams
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to innovate within resource constraints
- Strong communication and leadership abilities to collaborate across teams
- Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Experience in a start-up or an IT services environment is a plus
