Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) located in Hyderabad. The CTO will lead the technology strategy, oversee software development, and manage IT architecture and infrastructure. Responsibilities also include directing project management activities, spearheading product development initiatives, and ensuring alignment of technological strategies with business goals. The CTO will lead a team of technical experts to drive innovation and deliver cutting-edge solutions.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Software Development and Product Development, with the ability to guide teams in building scalable and innovative solutions
- Strong capability in IT Strategy and Architecture, ensuring technology aligns with business goals and supports growth
- Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, organising, and managing technical teams to deliver projects on time and within scope
- Leadership experience and excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to mentor, collaborate, and inspire technical teams
- Strong understanding of technology trends and emerging tools, with the ability to evaluate and adopt innovative solutions
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred
- Proven experience in senior technology leadership roles - preferred(Apply even if you are in the initial stage of your career)
