Role Description
This is a full-time Chief Technology Officer (CTO) role based on-site in New Delhi. The CTO will oversee the organization’s technological infrastructure, design and implement IT strategies, and align technology initiatives with the company’s goals. Key responsibilities include leading software development projects, driving strategic IT decision-making, and managing the architecture for innovative product development. The CTO will also collaborate with stakeholders and teams to ensure the successful execution of projects and the seamless integration of new technologies.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Software Development and experience in leading development projects
- Strong knowledge in IT Strategy and Architecture for scaling technology platforms
- Expertise in Project Management to oversee timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Experience in Product Development, including bringing new products from conception to market
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Experience in e-commerce or retail technology solutions is a plus
