Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on CTO to lead the architecture, development, and scaling of AI-driven products and enterprise solutions. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong execution ability, and the capability to build systems that are scalable, reliable, and production-ready.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive the overall system architecture across AI platforms and SaaS products
- Design scalable backend systems, microservices, and distributed architectures
- Lead the development and deployment of AI/ML pipelines, LLM-based systems, and data workflows
- Make decisions on tech stack, infrastructure, and engineering best practices
- Oversee cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps processes
- Ensure performance, security, and scalability across all systems
- Work closely with product and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Review code, mentor engineers, and enforce high engineering standards
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies in AI and automation
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with strong backend and system design expertise
- Proven experience in building and scaling SaaS or AI-based products
- Strong proficiency in system architecture, distributed systems, and API design
- Experience with cloud platforms, containerization, and orchestration tools
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML systems, LLM integrations, or data engineering pipelines
- Strong understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL), caching, and performance optimization
- Experience in setting up CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows
- Ability to write and review production-grade code
- Strong leadership skills with experience building and managing engineering teams
