Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Chief Technology Officer to join our team on-site in Ghaziabad. In this role, the CTO will lead the technological vision and strategy of the organization, oversee product development and architecture, manage and coordinate technical projects, and drive product innovation. Responsibilities will include building on existing designs, funding, establishing development standards, and ensuring high performance across all technical operations and product pipelines.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Product Development, CAD, and/or Embedded Architecture
- Strong experience in Project Management, ISO 13485, business development - overseas markets.
- Knowledge of Product Development, including supervisory experience leading technical teams
- Proficiency in evaluating and implementing new technologies to support the company's goals
- Strategic thinking with the ability to align technical capabilities with business objectives
- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
- Experience in the prosthetics or healthcare technology industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering.
