Founding CTO — LexoDesk
Location: Remote initially (eventual Pune/hybrid)
Experience: 4–8 years
Compensation: ₹1–3 LPM + significant equity
About LexoDesk:
LexoDesk is building an AI-native operating system for legal workflows and litigation in India.
We are starting with one of the largest and most underserved workflow problems in the country — litigation drafting and legal execution for lawyers, law firms, and government legal departments.
India has:
• 20+ lakh lawyers
• crores of pending cases
• rapidly digitising courts
• highly manual legal workflows with very low software penetration
We believe legal services globally will undergo a major AI-led transformation over the next decade, and India currently lacks a deeply integrated, workflow-native legal AI platform built specifically for its courts and legal ecosystem.
LexoDesk is not being built as a simple AI wrapper or drafting tool.
Our long-term vision is to build:
• AI-powered litigation workflows
• Legal document intelligence systems
• Government litigation infrastructure
• Enterprise legal operating systems
• AI-native workflow tools across legal practice areas
We are looking for a Founding CTO to help architect and continue building this platform from the ground up.

Requirements
• Strong full stack engineering experience
• Experience with AI/LLM systems and product development
• Ability to build scalable SaaS products
• Startup mindset with strong ownership and execution ability

What You’ll Do
• Build and scale the core product and AI infrastructure
• Lead engineering and technical roadmap
• Design scalable AI and workflow systems
• Work directly with founders on product and company strategy
• Hire and mentor the engineering team
• Build a long-term technology organisation
