Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Technology Officer based in Kanpur. The CTO will drive the technological strategy, oversee software development, and plan long-term IT architecture to support FinRein's innovative platform. They will lead cross-functional teams, manage product development lifecycles, and ensure technological alignment with business goals. The CTO will also collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute scalable IT strategies to support business growth.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Software Development and Architecture
- Strong skills in IT Strategy and Project Management
- Experience in Product Development and technological innovation
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in dynamic, fast-paced environments
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience in the property rental or real estate technology sector is a plus
