Job Summary
We are looking for a strategic and experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the company’s technology vision, innovation, and engineering operations. The CTO will be responsible for defining the long-term technology roadmap, AI and data strategy, and scalable system architecture while ensuring technology aligns with business goals. This role requires a strong leader who can build, manage, and mentor engineering teams, drive innovation, and deliver reliable technology solutions that support the company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Define and execute the company’s technology strategy and long-term product vision.
• Lead, manage, and mentor the entire technology team including developers, DevOps engineers, and product teams.
• Design and oversee scalable system architecture (APIs, microservices, cloud infrastructure).
• Drive innovation in AI/ML, automation, and modern software development.
• Establish strong engineering processes, development standards, and team collaboration.
• Ensure secure, scalable, and high-performance systems with strong cybersecurity practices.
• Align technology initiatives with business objectives and company growth plans.
• Oversee technology infrastructure, vendors, tools, and project delivery.
Required Technical Expertise
• Programming: Python, Full Stack Development, React, Node.js, Next.js
• Cloud & DevOps: AWS, Azure, CI/CD pipelines
• AI/ML: AI tools, ML frameworks, model deployment
• Databases: SQL/NoSQL, data architecture
• Infrastructure: Cloud security, server management, scalable system
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 6-10 years of experience in senior technology leadership roles (CTO, Head of Technology, Engineering Manager)
• Strong hands on experience in Software Development
• Proven experience in leading engineering teams and building scalable technology platforms.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and ability to manage complex technology initiatives.
