About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on CTO to lead technology strategy, architecture, and execution for our rapidly growing SaaS, Industrial Automation, AI, IoT, and Enterprise Software business.
This role requires a technology leader who can architect complex production-grade systems, guide engineering teams, solve critical technical challenges, and build scalable platforms capable of serving enterprise customers across multiple industries.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in SaaS platforms, Cloud Architecture, DevOps, Industrial IoT, AI/ML, Digital Twin technologies, and Enterprise ERP solutions.
Core Responsibilities
- Define and execute the company's technology vision and roadmap.
- Architect highly scalable, secure, and production-ready SaaS platforms.
- Lead engineering teams across Software Development, Cloud, DevOps, AI/ML, IoT, and Enterprise Applications.
- Design resilient microservices and distributed systems architectures.
- Review code, architecture, security, and deployment strategies.
- Troubleshoot complex technical bottlenecks and support teams when required.
- Establish engineering best practices, DevOps culture, and scalable development processes.
- Collaborate with product, business, and customer stakeholders to align technology with business goals.
