Key Responsibilities
Define and drive the overall technology strategy and roadmap
Build, lead, and mentor the engineering team
Design a scalable, secure, and high-performance system architecture
Work closely with founders, product, and business teams to align tech with company goals
Oversee product development lifecycle (planning → execution → deployment)
Ensure code quality, security, and best practices across teams
Evaluate and implement new technologies (AI, automation, cloud, etc.)
Manage tech budgets, vendor decisions, and infrastructure costs
Drive innovation and continuously improve systems and processes
Ensure high system reliability, uptime, and performance
Requirements
8-15+ years in software development, with at least 3–5 years in leadership roles
Strong experience in system design and scalable architecture
Hands-on experience with modern tech stacks (e.g., Node.js, Python, Golang, AWS, etc.)
Experience building and scaling products from 0 to 1 and beyond
Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, APIs, databases, and security
Experience with AI/ML or automation tools is a plus
Proven ability to hire, manage, and grow engineering teams
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
