About the RoleWe are looking for a hands-on Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology vision and drive AI product innovation. This role is ideal for a strong engineering leader who can actively contribute to coding, manage teams, and build scalable AI-driven platforms while aligning technology with business objectives.
Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Leadership- Own end-to-end architecture, development, and deployment of AI-driven platforms
- Define and execute the technology roadmap in alignment with business goals
- Drive development of AI/ML features, including LLM integrations and automation workflows
- Ensure scalability, performance, and security across systems
- Guide teams on system design, RAG pipelines, and backend architecture
Hands-On Development- Actively contribute to the codebase using Python (FastAPI, Flask, or Django)
- Lead code reviews, debugging, and architectural decisions
- Experiment with AI/LLM frameworks and drive innovation initiatives
Product & Delivery Management- Translate client requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Oversee product releases, QA processes, and DevOps pipelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges
- Identify opportunities for automation and AI-driven enhancements
Team Leadership- Manage and mentor an engineering team (8–10 members)
- Define coding standards, conduct sprint reviews, and ensure timely delivery
- Support hiring and capability building within the team
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration
Client & Operations- Engage with clients to understand technical requirements and provide solutions
- Support technical presentations and solution discussions
- Oversee infrastructure, integrations, and technology operations
Required Skills & Expertise- Strong proficiency in Python (FastAPI, Flask, or Django)
- Experience with AI/ML, LLMs, and RAG pipelines
- Hands-on experience with LangChain and AI integrations
- Cloud experience (AWS / GCP), Docker, and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong understanding of system architecture, APIs, and scalable SaaS platforms
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Experience- 5–8 years of software engineering experience
- Minimum 2+ years in a leadership role
- Experience building scalable AI or SaaS platforms preferred
Qualifications- B.E. / B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA or equivalent in a relevant field
Good to Have- Experience with telephony/voice technologies (Twilio, Exotel, Asterisk)
- Exposure to healthcare technology systems
