🚀 Hiring Founding CTO / AI Engineer (Consultant → Co-founder) – Chessworld AI ♟️
We’re building Chessworld AI — a platform focused on helping tournament chess players improve using data, AI-driven analysis, and real-world insights.
We’re now expanding into deeper AI + real-world tournament integrations (happy to share more 1:1).
👨💻 Who we’re looking for:
A hands-on builder who has already built and shipped products using a similar stack, and can own tech end-to-end.
• Strong experience with: Next.js, FastAPI (Python), PostgreSQL/Supabase, Redis, Docker, GCP/Vercel
• Experience building scalable backend systems and production-ready architectures
• Experience working with AI systems (LLMs, engines like Stockfish, or data pipelines)
• Ability to take ownership across backend, infra, and AI decisions
Someone who:
• Enjoys building from 0 → 1
• Is comfortable with ambiguity and high ownership
• Moves fast and ships consistently
• Thinks like a product builder, not just an engineer
♟️ Bonus: Interest in chess (not mandatory)
