Role Description
This full-time hybrid Chief Technology Officer (CTO) position is based in Kozhikode, with some flexibility for remote work. The CTO will oversee the technology strategy, lead software and product development, and ensure the integration of innovative solutions within the company’s platform. Key responsibilities include spearheading architecture design, managing technical project deliveries, and collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to drive the platform's growth and scalability while maintaining technological excellence.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Software Development and Product Development
- Strong Project Management and IT Strategy skills, with a focus on aligning technology with business priorities
- Experience in designing scalable Architecture and technical systems
- Leadership and team management experience
- Proven ability to strategize and execute complex technology roadmaps
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and technological vision
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
- Experience with technology solutions in the media or content creation industry is a plus
