About the Role
Siddhi Homes is looking for an experienced Chief Technical Officer (CTO) to lead the technical execution of our residential projects. We are seeking a dynamic leader with 15+ years of experience in construction project management, including proven expertise in the execution of high-rise and multi-storey residential buildings. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality, timely delivery, operational excellence, and compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and oversee multiple residential construction projects from planning to handover.
* Manage project managers, site engineers, consultants, architects, and contractors.
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
* Review technical drawings, specifications, and construction methodologies.
* Monitor project progress, identify risks, and resolve technical and operational challenges.
* Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, RERA guidelines, safety standards, and quality control procedures.
* Coordinate effectively with design, procurement, finance, sales, and management teams.
* Drive value engineering initiatives to optimize cost without compromising quality.
* Build, mentor, and lead high-performing technical teams.
* Provide regular project updates and technical insights to the leadership team.
Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Master's degree is an added advantage).
* 15+ years of experience in the execution of high-rise and multi-storey residential buildings
* Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple large-scale construction projects simultaneously.
* Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, structural engineering, quality control, contracts, and statutory compliance.
* Excellent leadership, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in Malayalam is required. Preference will be given to candidates who are native Malayalam speakers or can communicate fluently in Malayalam.
